The Digestive Disease Clinic (DDC) is comprised of physicians who are specially trained to diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and liver disorders. All of our physicians have completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship and are board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. As specialists, our physicians are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, expert care using advanced, cutting-edge technology and techniques.

DDC was one of the first large practices in Tallahassee to use electronic medical records. This technology assists out staff in delivering accurate, efficient care. DDC is a group practice; however, to provide continuity of care, once you have selected a physician you will continue to see that same physician for follow-up care. Our physicians will communicate with your primary care physician and will work with him or her to help develop the proper course of action for you, the patient. To further promote and improve the safety, outcomes privacy, and efficiency of your health care, our physicians are participating providers with the Big Bend Regional Health Information Network.

Our physicians practice at Tallahassee Endoscopy Center, a state of the art outpatient facility. The computerized endoscopy suites are newly-renovated and spacious. You will be cared for by well-trained, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Our physicians also practice and are on staff at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where you will receive the premiere care you deserve.

Our physicians utilize the latest in endoscopic advancements to diagnose and treat digestive diseases. These minimally-invasive procedures offer options other than conventional surgery. Our services include:

DDC also has an infusion center for patients receiving Remicade Therapy for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This center provides a relaxed, comfortable setting where our nurses provide personalized, one-on-one care during each infusion. To allow for immediate dedicated treatment, DDC added a new pathology lab that is staffed by a board-certified pathologist to provide accurate, expert diagnosis of pathology.
