Digestive Disease Clinic credit and collection policies are a necessary part of assuring quality healthcare for you. We participate in many health insurance plans and programs, and are a preferred provider for:

We will bill these companies directly for all services. You are responsible for all deductibles and co-payments at the time of service; all office visits, for instance, must be paid when they occur. We can take VISA and MasterCard for payment.

Charges for hospital or outpatient services will be filed directly with your insurance company by our Business Office if you have given us all the information we need to submit a claim to your insurer. It may be necessary for you to sign an Insurance Certification authorizing us to file a claim on your behalf.

Any services performed at the Tallahassee Endoscopy Center are billed separately from — and in addition to — Digestive Disease Clinic charges.

All unpaid charges over 60 days old will be “delinquent” and may be subject to collection by a special agency.
